As you say the words, feel the feeling of Optimum good health in every part of you. Saying and feeling this over and over for 1 minute at 9 am and 9 pm will send a wave of higher consciousness around the world.

Lets have a songwriter/musician come forward and write the song, the budding webmaster to set up the website and what ever else is possible.

It will be so easy to drown out the echos of the flu plot.................we are billions the manipulators are only in the thousands............. how easy is that?

The only reason they succeed is because not enough people come forward and take action.

Each morning and evening at 9 am. and 9 p.m. where ever you are exclaim your OPTIMUM HEALTH in what ever way is appropriate at the time. Shout it, sing it, or say it quietly to yourself if you have to. By joining together this will be happening constantly at different times around the world. The energy will rise quickly this is our GOOD health pandemic.

If you are artists or teachers in schools dance it, paint it get creative with the children these are our children of the future not the manipulators and National Curriculum children. Get the children to FEEL what its like to be really healthy. Write it on the buildings (this is an exercise for all the Banksy's out there - we need you NOW

Attempted murder of 6 Harvard microbiologists disclosed this week.  A leading toxicologist believes the chances are slim that six lab workers at Harvard University Medical School were poisoned by accident.  "An accident? Sodium azide is a poison," said David M. Benjamin, a toxicologist and Chestnut Hill-based clinical pharmacologist. "Absolutely not."  The Herald reported yesterday that six scientists and students at the New Research Building in Boston's Longwood Medical area were mysteriously poisoned after drinking from a communal, single-serve coffee machine on the eighth floor near their pathology lab on Aug. 26. Seconds later all six reported symptoms including dizziness and low blood pressure and were taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center for treatment.
